This FAQ sheet is to help you and your attendees navigate the Windy City and be as prepared as possible, so that everyone has an incredible time!

What is the group room rate at the hotel?
- The group room rate is $109+tax per night for King Bed and $109+tax per night for 2 Queen beds. The cut-off for booking a room is December 31, 2024.

Does the hotel have fridges and microwaves?
- Hotel rooms at the Westin have fridges but not microwaves.

Can I park my car at the Hotel? What will the parking cost?
- FREE parking
Does the Westin offer an airport shuttle service?
- Yes, the Westin offers a shuttle – contact Jen.watkins@usd21.org to arrange pick up. Talk to hotel lobby if you need the shuttle once you get there.
When will childcare (Kingdom Kids) be provided?
- Kingdom Kids is only provided Sunday, January 5, 2025.
How should I handle childcare/babysitting?
- It’s important to handle childcare/babysitting with people (whether family members of other disciples) whom you trust and have it organized for your child before the conference.
- Children are only allowed during Sunday’s worship service.
Can I send a check to pay the hotel?
- Unfortunately, neither the Chicago Church (for registration) nor the Westin (for hotel rooms) can take payment by check..
Will food be provided at the event?
- Dessert snacks will be provided at the Friday night campus/singles event and the Saturday night marrieds event. Otherwise food will not be provided.
Can marrieds register as a couple?
- We are going to great lengths to make sure everyone has an easy registration process.
- However, marrieds must register individually with their own names as separate attendees.
- Regarding hotel rooms, two couples can stay together to lessen the total room cost.
